Grant Priest, Partner - BBus, CA, FTIA

Grant has been with Sothertons since 1982 and was appointed a partner with the practice in 1988. In addition, Grant was a National Sothertons Group Board Member for 11 years and Chairman for 3 years.

Grant has extensive experience in the areas of funds management, audit, taxation, business service and corporate advisory. Grant is also chairman of Life Plan Recreation and Leisure Association.

Grant’s personal interests include; family, boating and distance swimming.

Craig Coleman, Partner - BBus, GDip, CA

Craig has been with Sothertons since 1985 and has been a partner of the firm since 1994. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Diploma of Business, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Registered Company Auditor.

Craig’s areas of expertise include; small business taxation and accounting services, cash flow modeling, financial analysis, systems and management reviews and corporate advisory. His audit experience include both public listed and private companies and non-profit organisations.

Craig is a member of the Sothertons National Assurance Committee.

Sonia Feron, Partner - BBus, CA, FTIA

Sonia has been a partner with Sothertons since 1 July 2001, after initially commencing with the firm in 1996.

Sonia specialises in the area of business services providing advice for small to medium businesses, including but not limited to taxation, business consulting, business structures, corporate advisory and superannuation. Sonia also provides specialised taxation advice to large corporate clients.

Matthew Peacock, Partner - BCom, CA, FTIA

Matthew commenced with Sothertons in May 1999, after previous experience within the profession and was appointed as Partner in 2001. Matthew provides taxation, superannuation and business management advice to a variety of small and medium sized businesses, together with taxation consulting services to large corporate clients.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

He has been a Director of the National Sothertons Group Board since 2005, and was elected Chairperson in 2010.

Matthew is married with two children.

Keti Vrdoljak, Partner - BBus, CPA, FTIA, Affiliate ICAA

Keti joined Sothertons in 2002 and became Partner of the firm in 2009. With over 15 years experience in the accounting profession she has gained valuable expertise in a wide range of accounting and taxation issues relating to small and medium businesses.  Keti also has extensive audit experience in non-profit organizations, financial services licensee’s, real estate agent trust accounts and private companies.

Keti’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Degree, a member of CPA Australia, a Fellow of Taxation Institute of Australia and an Affiliate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.

Outside the office Keti is heavily involved in her netball club as President and coaching roles. Keti’s other interests include Basketball, travel, and supporting her beloved West Coast Eagles.
