	Geoff Read, Partner Geoff has extensive experience spanning more than 30 years in providing business, taxation and financial advice to clients in a wide range of industries. He has developed a special interest in working with engineers, architects, solicitors and health professionals and also provides advice to Co-operative Research Centres (CRCs). Geoff is also skilled in the provision of audit services to a range of business entities, but specialises in the audit of superannuation funds, clubs and non-profit organisations. Geoff is a registered company auditor and a registered tax agent.

	Linda Timms, Partner Linda has worked in the accounting profession for over 20 years and provides dynamic advice and support to her clients in the areas of:- taxation compliance and consulting; budgeting, cash flow analysis and ongoing monitoring of the results; GST planning and implementation; and Business planning and preparation of business plans. Apart from her business clients, her areas of expertise include the motor industry, non-profit organisations and public housing associations. She has lectured to many industry bodies on the impact of GST on member’s businesses. Linda is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Business degree.

	Anthony Bryen, Partner Anthony became a partner in July 2006 and has over 10 years auditing experience across a broad range of public accounting disciplines including internal and external audits, investigating accountants’ and expert reports and various investigative/fraud audits. Anthony has a sound knowledge of accounting requirements for entities ranging from private companies to listed public companies supported by a thorough understanding of system based auditing and the use of computer audit software packages. Anthony is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

	Sara Crevillén, Partner Sara has over 17 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, taxation and business advice to clients in a range of industries. Having been an associate partner of a practice in the UK, Sara joined the Sothertons’ team in 2007 and brought over with her a breadth of knowledge that she has been able to share with her colleagues and clients. Sara enjoys working with SME’s and large companies in manufacturing, engineering, retail, and the service industry. Building long lasting personal relationships and helping businesses to achieve their potential is what drives Sara’s ambition.

	James Theologidis, Partner James has over 17 years experience in providing business and tax advice to small and medium enterprises and family owned businesses in a wide variety of industries. This experience has been gained in a range of Accountancy firms; prior to joining Sothertons he spent several years with an international “big 4” firm. James’ expertise includes the provision of services to businesses at any stage of their life-cycle - from structuring for newly set-up ventures, to strategic business advice for well established players, to business succession planning. With a keen desire to grow the franchising division of the firm, James has built a network of allied professionals in the legal, banking and consulting fields, with a view to providing clients with rapid, quality attention across their business needs.
